Any construction or building project needs to be done safely.

CDM (the Construction Design and Management Regulations) legally  requires the planning safety into construction projects. This could be any works where two or more trades are involved -it may be as simple as a plumber and a tiler installing a new kitchen sink unit to a project with multiple trades on a refurbishment or building site.

The CDM Regulations came into force in 2017
